Identifying and Ranking of Personality Indicators for Trainers and Entrepreneurs and Developing Maritime Services Training Centers (Case study: Hormozgan Maritime Services Training Centers)

It is important to determine the set of factors that lead to the emergence of successful trainers at all levels of an organization. Therefore, the main goal of this study is to identify and rank the personality indicators of the success of entrepreneurial trainers in the development of maritime service training centers. The statistical population of this study is all Hormozgan Maritime Services Training Centers. After studying the literature, 24 personality indicators were determined. Then, with the help of the views of professors, experts and specialists in the field of education and skills, 14 main indicators of the success of entrepreneur coaches were identified in the surveyed centers, and then, with the help of expert opinions, the interactions of each of the indicators were determined on each other and using the Dimithel method, the indicators were divided into two effective and effective groups and the most effective and most effected indicators were identified in the success of the entrepreneur instructors in the field of training and servicing of marine services. In addition, by using the Analysis of Network Process (ANP) method, the weights associated with each of these indicators were determined, and eventually the final ranking of the indices was made using the WIKER method. The final ranking results indicate that the factor of the result of the ranking of the virock is very close to V = 0.05 and V = 1, and in the ANP weighing the first to fourth rankings are also ranked in the wikker; and more importantly, in the quaternary technique, all four indicators In the cause group. These indicators are, in turn, the ability to set up a business, work and actors, innovation, creativity, ideas, and the ability to turn the failure into opportunity
