A survey on the Impact of Organizational Cultures on HRM Proceses in Project Based Organizations

The results of numerous researches in the field of organizational culture studies show that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational culture values and the effectiveness of HRM
This research studies the role of organizational culture values in human resource management processes of the project. In this research, after examining the subject in the theoretical part and extracting the indices and components in each section of the independent and dependent variables of the research, the results of the literature of the subject are extracted from the main and the secondary hypotheses. The validity of the hypotheses has been tested using questionnaire measurement and field research in more than twenty project-based organizations.. This effect, especially for cultural variables, has been proven to be the distance between power, individualism and collectivism. In examining the correlation between independent variables and HRM processes, it has been shown that individualism has a negative and negative impact on HRM processes, and vice versa, the role of collectivism variable is very much in the process of HRM in the form of significantly appearing.
