Designing and validating organizational culture evaluative model of Kurdistan Provincial Government

understanding organizational culture needs to have suitable model.according to lack of organizational culture pattern which be appropriate and be in a same truck with Islamic values, local culture ,apostolate and missions of Iran's provincial government,main purpose of study,is designing suitable model for recognizing and evaluating organizational culture of Kurdistan provincial government. Ethnical method which is a kind of qualitative method and purposive sampling and snow ball were used. At the first some interview has been done with Kurdistan provincial government's masters and dependent town's government, and was continued until reaching to Saturated view (16 people). Then the interview's output were analyzed by The theme analysis method and Nvivo10 software. Then for validating qualitative and master's consensus to making real components and recognized indicators, Fuzzy Delphi Technique was used. after that fuzzy Delphi, dimension list, recognized components and indicators were served to some university faculties and minister managers who are expert in organizational culture filed, for making sure of correctness and appropriateness of chosen equivalence and expressions for naming dimensions, components and indicators.so, last model of evaluating cultural organization of Kurdistan provincial was designed which contain 5 dimensions (culture: Transformative ,humanatative, perfectionist, Bureaucratic and Islamic_ political) 14 components and 54 indicators.
