survey factors influencing on explicit knowledge sharing in academic area (meta analysis)

In the current era, knowledge is considered as a strategic resource.
Strategies, procedures and tools for enhancing knowledge sharing have become one of the most important challenges facing organizations. The purpose of this research is describe, analysis and combination of recent researchs results in the field of factors influencing on explicit knowledge sharing in iran. This research uses meta analysis. The study population is the some researchs about explicit knowledge sharing in academic area in iran that register in thesis information database (irandoc) or publish in scientific magazines in 2002-2016 years. After survey, 9 researchs select with adequate and suitable terms for meta analysis for example ( proper validity and reliability, correct sampling, proper questions and hypothesis, adequate statistical data and Significance). the stata software uses For computing effect size. The results prove commitment, organization culture, communication, reward, information technology, organization structure have significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing respectively and personality dosent have effect on explicit knowledge sharing
