Predict the organizational citizenship behavior based on cultural intelligence and conflict management

The aim of this research is to study and know the relationship between cultural intelligence and managing the conflict with organizational citizenship behavior of elementary schools teachers in aAzadshahr, that it was conducted with descriptive – survey research among the statistical universe consists of 468 teachers of elementary schools in Azadshahr that 186 persons of them were chosen through stratified random sampling method. Also, the Ang et.al’s cultural intellectual questionnaire (2004), Robbins’s conflict management questionnaire (1998) and Podsacoff et. al.’s organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire, that their admissibility and credibility were verified in previous researches some times, were used to gather information, but in this research were studied again using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and was calculated 0.86, 0.85, and 0.89, respectively, and information obtained from these questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software with descriptive and inferential statistics of correlation coefficient and regression test and the following results are obtained; there was a significant positive relationship between strategic intelligence or meta-cognition and conflict management. There was a significant positive relationship between intelligence quotient, motivational intelligence, behavioral intelligence (or cognition) and conflict management.
