Reviewing and Determining the Requirements for Defensive Driving in the I.R.I. Police's Missions

Preventing accidents in driving is likely, but it is possible to reduce this and reduce the damage caused by complying with regulations and driving directions and instructions issued by the I.R.I. Police. In this regard, the present study aimed to determine the requirements for defensive driving in the I.R.I. Police's missions and the factors affecting the requirements for defensive driving in the organization. The research method was descriptive-survey method. In the statistical population of the study, 264 people were from Traffic police and the I.R.I. Police and support staff, and the data collection method was a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method for defensive driving requirements dimensions at 0.89. The validity of the questionnaire was also calculated and confirmed by 92%. The methods used to test and analyze the findings of the present study were done by using SPSS software and descriptive statistics were used to describe the variables of type of employment, age and education status. The Kolmogorov Smirnov (k-s) test was applied to confirm the normalcy of data and to confirm or reject the hypotheses, and also paired t-test was used. The results indicated that the dimensions of driving requirements based on driving instruction, proper road and road design, compliance with traffic regulations and regulations, timely repairs of vehicles and driver skills in reducing vehicle organizational damage saw a significant difference from the viewpoint of the Traffic police and the support and logistics staff.
