Strategic planning of sustainable development in Andisheh new town

With the increasing population in cities, the urban environment is more challenging and will have many negative consequences. Therefore, considering the dimensions of urban sustainability, can create sustainable urban and in cooperation and harmony with the environment. The overall objective research, is offer of top sustainability strategy in Andisheh new town and the purpose of its component, is analysis of internal factors and external factors related to the sustainability in Andisheh new town. The pattern of research in terms of target, is applied and in terms of the nature and method, is goal-oriented. Data collection method is documental- The field and the type of data is quantitative and qualitative. Data analysis by models of Swot and Qspm is done. The results show that the factors with nature of Physical, services, economic and transportation, have helped to sustainability in Andisheh new town and the factors that limit its sustainability, have social nature, are environmental. And The most important for trengthening sustainability in Andisheh new town is pay attention to observance of justice in distribution of services and facilities, so that migration barrier of citizens to be capital
