Explain the role of organizational culture in developing employees’ talent

Experts emphasize the importance of organizational culture in relation to development and they argue that culture is the foundation underlying the development of human talent in the organization. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the development of staff talent. The research method is descriptive-survey using structural equation modeling. The graduates of shahid sattari- Aeronautical University who Majored in Aerospace Engineering were The population From Which 250 were Randomly Selected for this article. Data collection was done through two organizational culture and talent development questionnaires based on five- point Likert scale using Lisrel software. The results showed that Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the development of employee talent. From the dimensions of organizational culture, the components of management support, individual creativity and reward system the most impact on talent development, respectively. The monitoring and control component has had a significant and negative impact on talent development.
