Feasibility Study of Agritourism Plan in Countryside Gardens and Farms Case Study: North Section of Nazhvan Region of Esfahan

Abstract:
The present study was carried out with the aim of feasibility study of agritourism project in the northern part of Nazhvan region of Isfahan by descriptive-analytical method. After theoretical studies, four dependent variables were extracted. Data was collected around them using thirty nine independent variables based on a combination of library studies, field observations and questionnaires. Data and information analysis was also carried out using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results show that the studied area is rich in natural features and can provide agricultural activities as well as necessary services. Also, farmers' ability to implement the plan is desirable. This research is important among the other studies in terms of examining a wide range of independent variables, as well as paying particular attention to the role of farmers in the success of the project, and the final results indicate the high ability of the area to implement the agritourism plan.
