Jurisprudence and Family Law Capacities in Legal Convergence of Muslim’s World

Family is the oldest community that is the origin of large human society fromdifferent aspects. This large institution that is influenced by its complex topic, and isconstituted of human communities, is a complicated category that legal systems ofthe world, despite their disagreements in the basics, have considered its importancein their countries’ principles. In Islam, family law constitutes an important part oflaws and ethics. So it is necessary to study and reread the capacities of family law inlegal unity of Muslim’s world. In the present article, we are to examine the status offamily law in Islam and its role in unifying Muslim’s world. So after clarifying thecommonalities, we deal with the evidence of both sects, and seek to approach thenoncommonalities by using the Islamic law and observing reservation right.
