Discussion the Effectiveness of Managers in Creative Styles and Connection with Psychological Empowerment

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of management styles in making creativity and its connection with psychological empowerment. The number of population of this study includes all 2750 female students in Alborz Province, district one. Sample size, based on Cochran's C Test is 336 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data questionnaire are collected by Houghton & Christopher's effectiveness of managers style's, Abedi's creativity questionnaire and Whetten and Cameron's psychological empowerment questionnaire that is used after assessment of their validity and reliability and insurance. To study the relationship between the variables of the study, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used. Also, to test the general model, structural equation modeling is used. The results showed that the components of the effectiveness of the manager's styles- prescriptive, empowering and self-leadership styles have significant relations with the creativity and empowerment of the students. In addition, the results of structural equation modeling showed that the students' creativity play a mediatory role in the relationship between the empowering effectiveness style and managers' self-direction with students' psychological empowerment
