Effect of Education on Agility and Organizational Strategies at Nasr Jihad Institute

Considering that human resource capability in organizations causes organizations to succeed in achieving their goals and employee agility is one of the important concerns of organizations, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting the agility of employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of education on agility and organizational strategies at Nursing Jihad Institute of Khuzestan. This research is applied in a descriptivecausal nature. The data gathering tool was used to measure the variables of the research, the standard questionnaire of human resources development and education, organizational strategies and organizational agility questionnaire. The time interval was from February 2011 to July 1397. The statistical population consisted of 225 staff members of the Jahad Nasr Institute. Using Cochran's formula, 137 individuals were selected as the sample and the same questionnaire was distributed. Questionnaires were ranked based on likert scores. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and experts, and its reliability was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.76). To investigate the descriptive and inferential statistics, Spss and Lisrel software were used. The results showed that education has a positive and significant effect on agility and organizational strategies in the Nasr Jihad Institute.
