The effect of organizational health on organizational citizenship behavior(Case Study: Human Resources Directorate of Tehran Municipality)
The main objective of the research is to investigate the effect of organizational health on the citizenship behavior of the employees of Tehran Municipality's Human Resources Management Office. The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between factors such as institutional unity, manager's level of influence, level of consideration, scientific emphasis and resource support with employees' behavior. The survey method and the research community consisted of all employees of the Tehran Municipality's Human Resources Directorate, and 113 of them were selected using the Cochran formula. The stratified random sampling method and the data gathering tool were Hui and Feldman organizational health standard questionnaire and data analysis was done using descriptive statistics method and after normalizing data, multivariate regression test.
