Review on effect of W H2O/ AOT on Nano-micelle Size containing Rhodamine B as well as fluorescence Spectrometry of Rhodamine B in Nano micelle
In the current work, a review was made on effect of W value on nanomicelle size containing Rhodamine B as well as spectroscopy of Rhodamine B within nanomicelles. Nanomicelles with different W values were prepared by water-in-oil AOT microemulsion. Dynamics of nanodroplets containing Rhodamine B RhB including diffusion and hydrodynamic radius of nanodroplets according to autocorrelation function and also spectroscopy of RhB at different concentrations within water-in-decane AOT microemulsion at different water amount WH2O/AOT 7, 20, 40 were studied by dynamic light scattering DLS and fluorescence techniques. The characterization results of nanodroplets by the DLS showed that the nanodroplet size are depends on W value. Study of fluorescence behavior of RhB within nanomicelles using a fluorescence technique showed that the variations in fluorescence intensity of RhB within nanomicelles with the W value higher and smaller than 7, which it attributed to the different shape of nanomicelles depends on W value.
