Calculated Energy Gap and Effective Permittivity of Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Multilayer Materials Made of Plasmonic and Non-plasmonic at High Frequencies
In this paper, using the formulation of Clausius–Mossotti, effective permittivity of plasmonic and non-plasmonic multilayer material consisting of homogeneous and heterogeneous for , , , and ... with the use of simulation is calculated. Then, energy gap any of the constituents is calculated. By analyzing the obtained figures show that in different frequency range, have changed the properties of multi-layered and multi-layered nature of their resistance, inductance and capacitance show these multilayers property of resilience, inductance and capacitance. Furthermore, the effect, Plasmonic and non-plasmonic material changes in measured quantities referred were investigated. Using these results, the design of integrated circuits made from plasmonic and non-plasmonic nano-layers can be simulated and analyzed.
