The table of possession and improvement documented

In civil law, possession is one of the causes titles. because there are a few considerations about the written law, so the main goal for the research is consideration of these limitations and archaic roles, in addition to there are many vague and role diffuseness in our country. In this research, we considered written roles and shariat law as analytical-descriptive by considering the limitations applied by other roles and sometimes both archaic civil law and specific in this regards. Finally, we found many civil roles are as possession and in some cases, they are out of date. So many lawyer or jurist can use them in their courts. For role explicit, because of role limitations imposed, this part of civil law should be improved. In next research, some articles can be presented for modifying for this part of civil law.
