Historical description and analysis of the political-economicalideas of Mohammad Hassan Khan Etemad al-Saltanah

In Iran's history, there were characters whose thoughts and thoughts in their time led to great transformations. Accordingly,Etemad al-Saltanah, despite being acquainted with Western civilizationand enlightenment in Iran, is in the context of political thought opposed tochange and any correction In the framework of maintaining the status quo.His political thoughts on the law, the authoritarian state, the governmentof the republic, the religious government, and the freedom of the peopleare among the examples in which he manifests itself in this thought. Onthe other hand, his thoughts in the realm of the economy have led to anincrease in wealth, income generation, saving and non-withdrawal ofcapital from the country, which we will analyze and explain in this article.
