Interpretative Methods of Imam Sajjad (PBUH)

The present research, titled "Interpretation of the Holy Quran in the words of Imam Sajjad (PBUH)", attempts to examine his interpretative methods, which are the methods to discover God's significance of verses. These methods inculde narrative (Quran to Quran, narrative), ijtihad (rational, literary), and the method of discussion and accommodation. Imam Sajjad’s (PBUH) interpretative method is comprehensive and diverse. It is essential to analyze these methods due to the influence of Imam’s interpretive methods for understanding Quran and solving the cultural and scientific issues. The present study had been benefitted from descriptive-analytical method.
