Presenting a compound model and investigating the agility of supply chain by benefiting from multi-index decision-making techniques of networking analysis process and Vicor (Case study: producing industries)

Agility is one of the necessities of information era in producing industries. The message of modern producing technologies is to abolish current methodologies. The necessity and importance of having agility in most industries is to meet new customers’ needs and respond to their requests. The increasing change of new products and services in markets is obvious in short periods. Therefore, the present paper aims at identifying and ranking important indices in making the supply chain active in automotive component manufacturing industry in Tehran province and presenting a workable solution to gain more advantages in competitions. This research is pragmatic in terms of purpose and surveying in terms of method. Data collection has been done using library, Latin and internal references. The statistical population includes 120 people from managers and senior staff in Tehran province. The research measurement instrument is a developed questionnaire on Likert scale spanning (1-5) and simple random sampling has been used to choose the test material. To determine the questionnaire, the first sample volume is 30 people based on experts' opinions To determine the reliability, Cronbach's alpha has been applied using SPSS software with the value of more than 0.87. To analyze the data, networking analysis process and Vicor has been used to specify the internal relationship among indices in order to determine their influence and ranking. Findings show that complexity index process and market demands have the highest priority in proportion to other factors. Results show that managers are capable of concentrating on significant indices to implement necessary measures in case of any problem or possible bankruptcy.
