The Impacts of Aspects of Organizational Justice on Innovative Capacity, Emphasizing the Intermediate Role of Sharing Knowledge Case Study: Birjand University of Medical Sciences

This study is conducted to investigate the effects of different aspects of organizational justice and sharing knowledge on innovative capacity in Birjand University of Medical Sciences. This is a practical study which is conducted by descriptive and correlational methods. The target population include the personnel of Birjand University of Medical Sciences selected by simple random sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect data and data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted through structural equation modeling and LISREL software. The research findings suggest that there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational justice and sharing knowledge, and also between organizational justice and innovation capacity. However, the findings do not represent the existence of any relationship between sharing knowledge and innovative capacity. Moreover, as for different aspects of organizational justice, interactional and procedural justice have positive effects and distributive justice has relatively little effect on sharing knowledge (receiving and imparting knowledge).
