The Effect of Knowledge Management on Future Studies with Scenario Approach in Intelligence organizations
Nowadays, scenario analysis as a tool for research in the future has a distinct perspective in organizations, and it focuses on the different issues of the world in the world, and helps in the process of decision-making on different levels of management. This will be essential for the future development of knowledge, education, sharing, development, use and management of knowledge for the realization of the goals of intelligence organizations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of knowledge management on futures studies with an emphasis on scenarios. .
The present research is based on the goal of the study, applied and according to the methodology is descriptive-survey. The sampling method is a simple random data collection. It uses questionnaire and a reference to the documentary. The statistical population in this study is 70 managers of senior departments and senior managers of information organizations. Due to the limited number of experts in the field, the sample size of all counts is considered. The tool for measuring the variables of the research is a questionnaire. The reliability of the questions was based on Cronbach's alpha, 0.81 for knowledge management, and 0.92 for scenario planning. In order to determine the validity of the questions, standard questionnaires such as Sheroon and Lawson (Knowledge Management) and the researcher have been used, as well as the experts have been used. In order to examine the collected data, descriptive and inferential methods have been used.
Findings and
The results of this study indicate a meaningful relationship between the majority of knowledge management components on the components of future studies including knowledge generation, taking into account the correlation intensity of 0.757 and beta 0.608 at the highest level, then save knowledge with a correlation intensity of 0.717and beta 0.308aat the next level, using Pearson Multivariate Regression tests to determine the relationship and impact of knowledge management on futures studies.
