The relationship between demographic factors and effective motivations on employees knowledge transfer (case study: Isfahan Oil Refining Company)
The study aims was to examine the relationship between demographic factors and effective motivation of knowledge transfer and experience between Employees of Isfahan Oil Refining Company. It was used a survey-descriptive method in this research and the population under investigating includes all managers and employees of Isfahan Oil Refining Company. To determine the sample size, it was used the formula of sampling Cohen. Sampling method is random stratified sampling and the tool for collecting the research data was researcher-made questionnaires with the Likert scale. The face validity of the questionnaire approved by experienced teachers and in order to determine the reliability it was used Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.95). The analysis was performed on the received questionnaires. It was used descriptive statistics i.e. frequency and mean, and in inferential statistics were used Two sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings of the study indicated that the relationship between demographic factors (age, gender, education, work experience, organizational side, and employment type) and intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is no significant refining; this indicates that the motivation’s employees of Isfahan Oil Refining Company with different demographic factors are the same.
