THE Aqustions Model of IT high technologies Based on Grounded theory

The High technologies has long been regarded as one of the key elelments of production and development, and has always been changing with the growth of human knowledge and has always been one of the most important components of  industrial and service organizations and a strategic factor for the development of countries.Aqustions high technologies a very important procces for organizations that have a tendency for technical innovation. Because these kind of technologies have affected the performance of the organization and plays a significant role in  Aqustions the goals of the organization. Given the importance and the role of technology, especially advanced technologies, in creating competitive advantage for organizations, one of the key issues regarding such technologies is their acquisition. This qualitative study aimed at exploring an indesigned model for Preparation a Model of  high technologies Aqustions in Information Technology based on Management & Analysis Risk,using grounded theory. For this purpose, 15 semi-structured  interviews with experts in University and Organizational have been done. Sampling was done using theoretical sampling method and using a judicious and snowball targeting technique.Analyzing data in open-coded process  by using MAXQDA10 software have been done. The Model presented in this article is based on Emerging design approach and the results have been explained  as theoretical propositions.
