Abstract:
The study of the status of Islam in the face of the modern world and the recognition of its damages and capacities in this campaign have been of interest to Muslim scholars over the last two centuries. Ziauddin, a mastermind of Pakistani resident of the United Kingdom, is one of the writers dedicated to this topic and tried to present a reader of Islam that is effective and meaningful in the contemporary world. This paper, based on the documentary method, obtained the necessary data and, using a descriptive-analytical approach based on "fundamental methodology", criticized the reader's readings of Islam and the solution pursued for this purpose, namely the adjustment of the fixed and variable dimension of religion, Paid. The present article, while reviewing the fields of the formation of Sardar's thought, raised his point of view about the fixed and variable dimensional dimension and eventually joined Sardar into inclusive hermeneutic flows. The lack of innovation, the relativity of understanding, timing, and the readings of Islam from a modern perspective are the blemishes of Islamology.
