The Model of Cultural Competencies of Human Capital from the Islamic Perspective with Emphasis on Alavi and Razavi Culture

In the spiritual teachings of Shi'ism in Islam, the infallible as the perfect human being have been a model for believers and are a source of evangelism and guidance for those seeking eternal divine truths in Islamic culture. This article seeks to exemplify the cultural competences of the infidels, especially the Alawite and Razavi cultures, in dealing with other people in cultural relationships, so that by recognizing the cultural competencies as much as possible, this model can be applied to believers seeking knowledge and truth on the basis of their power and potential to apply their own capacity. According to the purpose of the research, the research question is: What is the pattern (dimensions and components) of cultural competences from the Islamic point of view (Quran and infallible) with emphasis on Alawi and Razavi culture? To answer this question, qualitative content analysis method was used by thematic analysis method by Delphi technique to confirm its validity and reliability. After careful reading of the texts (scientific documents and verses and narratives), the concepts derived from it were extracted and assigned a code. Research findings in two main themes include: the first theme, respect and recognition of cross culture while adhering to their culture and the second theme is appropriate intercultural approach and each of the main themes has multiple sub themes which are presented in detail in the research findings section.
