Investigating the Effective Components on Entrepreneurship Education to Create an Entrepreneurial Attitude in Higher Education

The purpose of this study was to examine the effective factors on entrepreneurship education in educational organizations with the emphasis on organizations and higher education institutions in order to create entrepreneurial attitudes using experts' views. To this end, a semi-structured interview was conducted using a qualitative approach with 15 experts based on purposeful sampling. The data were analyzed using the content analysis in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. In order to investigate the validity of the data, the experts who participated in this study were utilized and the identified components were provided to them and, with the necessary consultation, corrective actions were taken. The reliability of the interview with the intra-subject agreement was 0.92, which indicates the desirable reliability of the data. The findings of the study, after two stages of reviewing the sources and backgrounds and semi-structured interviews with experts and experts, identified the seven components that affect entrepreneurship education in order to create entrepreneurial attitudes that are: individual and personality traits of learners, characteristics and Personality traits and individual teachers, space and educational equipment, style and leadership style of educational centers managers, content and curriculum, teaching methods and methods of educators, executive and practical programs.
