Abstract:
Introduction

The parasitic diseases are contained of wide ranges of zoonosis diseases which not only causing dimension harms to animal husbandry industry and corps elimination and polluted organs but also are cause of diseases in humans, between them Fasciolosis, Hydatidosis, polluting to Dicrocoelium dendriticum and Cysticercosis could be pointed. study of slaughtered cattles polluted by Hydatid cyst, Cysticercosis, Fasciola Spp, and Dicrocoelium in slaughterhouse in Sarpul-e-zahab (Kermanshah).

Methods

This study is cross-sectional descriptive and was carried out by macroscopic observation and 1170 cattle have been studied. The outcome data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS and chi square.

Results

That was reported there was 35.64%(417 cases) polluted cattle between 1170 cattle. Pollution rates to Fasciola, Dicrocoelium, Hydatid cyst and Cysticercus were 5.47% (64 cases), 0.85% (10 cases), 8.11% (95 cases) and 0.86% (8 cases) respectively, and lung pollution rates to Hydatid cyst and Cysticercus were reported 20.17% (236 cases) and 0.34% (4 cases) respectively. There were 973 bulls and 197 cows between 1170 cattle, 35.66% (347 cases) of bulls and 35.53% (70 cases) were polluted. According to the age pollution rates were analyzed in under one age group (935 cases) and more or equal than one (235 cases) which pollution percent of them were 35.61% (333 cases) and 35.74% (84 cases) respectively.
There is no significant statistical difference between age and sex and positive pollution cases.

Conclusion

findings of this study shows high rate pollution of area which harms of diseases and corpse elimination and polluted organs in slaughterhouses may cause pollution of humans, so using the adaptable approaches for control and prevention of polluting the animal husbandry is very important..
