Abstract:
This research investigated the nature of abundance and occupations from the view point of topicality. Some travelers such as drivers and merchants are excluded from the rule of curtail ritual prayers and fasts. However, the discussion raised here is that what is the reason behind such a curtail worship rule? The related traditions have merely mentioned the occupations such as carrier, beautician, navigator, and merchant and finally have mentioned the cause of travelling as the cause of issuing the rule. The author of the present paper has deduced two issues of frequent travelling and travelling occupation from jurisprudents' opinions and has stated the criteria for its fulfillment. It is concluded that the theory of travelling occupation is closer to the contents of traditions.   [1]  Received in: 23/9/2018                                                                                  Accepted in: 2/5/2019 [2] PhD Graduate from Al-Mustafa University of Qom, Iran; E-mail:safidabb@gmail.com
