The mediating role of organizational innovation in explaining organizational learning on supply chain tolerance (case study: A defensive organization)
The present research aims at investigating the impact of organizational learning on supply chain tolerance through organizational innovation. This research is practical in terms of purpose, surveying in terms of data collection and correlation type in terms of data analysis. The research population of the present paper consists of all the personnel and logistics managers of command headquarters and subsidiary units based in Tehran city, being one of the armed forces of Islamic Republic of Iran. Using Cochran formula, 130 people were chosen as sample members and in choosing samples, simple random sampling has been used. The data of this research has been collected through library and field studies using a questionnaire that its reliability has been estimated over 0.7 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The data analysis has been carried out using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson's coefficient of correlation and path analysis using SPSS and LISREL software. Results show that there is a significant relationship among organizational learning, organizational innovation and supply chain tolerance, which indicate the importance of utilizing these concepts in supply chain tolerance. Finally, based on the achieved results, a number of recommendations have been put forward.
