Infrastructure protection model with emphasis on flexibility

From the view of the strategic document of passive defence organization, infrastructure protection is set of measures according that strengthen infrastructure protection against enemy planned by taking preventive measures, neutralizing, mitigating effects of the invasion, timely emergency response and rapid recovery of production and services as soon as possible after enemy invasion.
