Cloud Computing Technology in the Management of Human Resources for Small and Medium Enterprises - Applications, Advantages and Challenges
Cloud computing is recognized as a fascinating growing technology among companies around the world. While there can be great benefits for the HR department in small and medium-sized enterprises, the use of it can also include several challenges. The present study focuses on the review of the literature of cloud computing and the review of previous research on the role of cloud computing technology, its applications, its advantages and challenges in small and medium enterprises, and especially in HR systems for cloud computing. Has been reviewed. Based on the findings of this study, cloud computing applications are widespread in human resource management systems in small and medium enterprises. This technology can be used to target talent and attract talent, train and develop human resources, service compensation management systems, and evaluate HR practices. Also, the advantages and challenges of this technology in the management of human resources of small and medium enterprises are presented in two general categories including internal and external factors. Internal benefits and challenges include technical, security, human resources, and financial factors, and external factors include environmental and legal factors. Part of these advantages and challenges is due to the small and medium size of these companies and partly due to the conditions of HRM systems.
