Abstract:

n the administrative system of the Islamic Republic of Iran institutionalization of Islamic values is perceived to be one of the most important factors in improving administrative health and fighting corruption; however, most managers have not yet paid due attention to this fact. Thus the researcher, using an analytical-descriptive method, tries to explain the effect of the institutionalization of Islamic values on the promotion of administrative and anti-corruption efforts. The results indicate that the institutionalization of Islamic culture through organizational culture, organizational dynamics, creating a culture of meritocracy, social accountability, control and supervision by the general public and the promotion of ethical values and belief in the source and the resurrection, humanity, perseverance in the principles and conscientiousness have all a prominent role in the promotion of administrative health and the fight against corruption in the administrative system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
