Abstract
nvestigation of the effect of detection and selection system on the promotion of administrative health is crucial; because the detection and selection of work force is done in order that the organization ensure that personality and career requirements are met by the individual. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of detection and selection system with an Islamic approach on the promotion of administrative health. In line with this purpose, the current study is functional with a descriptive and analytical methodology. The aim is to explain the requirements of detecting and selecting job applicants with which selectors should be concerned. Additionally, the criteria that job applicants should have in order to improve and be hired and those that if observed will promote administrative health are explained and analyzed in three dimensions of beliefs, values and expertise
