Analysis of Illegality of Immigrants in Iran with Emphasis on Psychological Variables of Spiritual Intelligence and Styles of Identity(Case: Afghan Students in Kashan)
The present survey intends to analysis of illegality of immigrants in Iran with emphasis on psychological variables of spiritual intelligence and styles of identity.
The approach of the article is quantitative and applied research. The strategy of research is experimental research. Descriptive and correlation test are used to analyze data.
The results of this study indicate the effect of demographic variables such as: gender, age, marital status, reason of Immigration, academic degree and length of inhabitancy on the illegality of Afghan students of Kashan City. Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and illegality. On the other hand, the results indicate that people with the informative and diffuse identity style are more likely to become illegality, and students with a normative and commitment identity style are less inclined to illegality.
According to the results, in order to reduce the illegality of immigrant students, efforts to reinforce spiritual intelligence and accelerate their socialization, especially in the first years of migration, are suggested.
