Relationship of intellectual property management with commercialization of higher education

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between intellectual property management and commercialization of higher education through exploratory blend method. The statistical population of this study is 25 people in the qualitative section of the faculty members of the top industrial universities of the country in 1397. In this section, there are 1525 people in the small section of all faculty members who are assistant professors at the top of the industrial universities of the country and managers and experts in the field of communication with industry. In the qualitative section, a sample of 14 people was selected and a sample of 306 was selected using stratified random sampling based on Cochran formula. The data in the qualitative section were implemented through semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative section, through the implementation of researcher-made questionnaires of intellectual property management and commercialization of higher education, questionnaires on statistical sample was extracted and analyzed using spss and smart pls software. Validity of both questionnaires was confirmed by content and structure. The reliability and reliability of the combination were also estimated and confirmed by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean…) and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling with pls) were used. The findings show that intellectual property management in six components affects on commercialization of higher education.
