Political principles of Jabal Amel School

This project is aimed at demonstrating political principles of Jabal Amel School. Regarding this, it is assumed that Imamate and province are the dominant paradigm of the jurisprudence. Besides, Jabal Amel has the characteristics such as political necessity approach, respecting political powers of the jurist, and solving Shia's problems via adapting jurisprudence principle approach. In this project, historical origins of Jabal Amel, and political principles in association with Skiner contextualist theory were studied. Moreover, the political principles of Jabal Amel including the jurisprudence power, political approach to Safavids and the concept of religions unity were among discussed issues.
