Study on Key Factors Effecting the Implementation of Work Ethics in Public Agencies of Iran.

According to the importance of ethical issues and specially work ethics because of the globalization of the economy, researchers are trying to identify the factors affecting the implementation of work ethics and use mechanisms to stimulate ethical behaviors in organizations. The aim of this study is reviewing the key factors affecting the implementation of work ethic from the viewpoint of the staff of Tehran Medical Sciences Faculty. This research is applied by object and the descriptive-case study by method is. The level of analysis is individual, so the statistical society is all employees of one of the medical universities of Tehran. The sample size was calculated 245 people on the basis of Cochran's formula by simple random sampling. The standard questionnaire was distributed over a period of 1 month and 232 completed were collected and entered into the research process. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and the reliability of the tool was calculated and using the Krone Bach Alpha. SPSS and LISREL have been used to analyze the data. Results of path analysis modeling Showed that ethical codes, ethical leadership, ethical culture, ethical climate, ethical plans and moral education have a positive impact on the implementation of work ethics. In this research, the effect of two variables of ethical climate and moral leadership is stronger than other factors. This paper illustrates the benefits of work ethics in the organization and includes concepts for the development of work ethic in organizations.
