Abstract:

One of the important duties of police is provide order traffic and discipline in the country's roads in various cities. On the other hand, the number of accidents in our country is high compared to other countries. Much work has been done to reduce the number of accidents which can increase the level of fraud deterrence and reform of road accident prone areas and increased police presence on the roads. But all of the serious damage that can sometimes lead to death and injury is indicative the inadequacy and inefficiency of these actions. In this study, in order to present appropriate strategy for prevent from these accidents, using Data Mining technique, the reasons of accidents has been ranked at roads of Markazi province and Arak city. Afterwards using MCDM technique and DEA method, we have been presented suitable strategy. Then selected the best strategy for prevent from probable accidents. Likewise the researchers have been tried to make an object at year 1398. Therefore respect to limits of human recourses, equipments and assign budget to achievement the goals of this study truly.
