The Effect of globalization on the Borders in Cyberspace

Border and border changes are the most important geopolitical issues that in the era of globalization and development of information and communication technology (TCII), the concept sand its function have been altered. These days, countries can’t expect the same controls of human, goods, and thoughts like before. In this study, we investigated the nature and function of historic boundaries in the past, and addressed one of the phenomena of the postmodern era, which is thee virtual boundaries and Cybernetics that have found the concept due to the development of information and communication technology.The present paper has addressed the issue with a descriptive approach claiming that geographical boundaries are not destroyed and according to the dynamism of human society and the nature of its functions, they change and platy a new role. It seems that preserving the identity and values is the most important functional dimension of border in globalization area.
