Today, Driving violations that is rooted in the human factor, is cause of most traffic accidents and driving accidents. This research was aimed to study personality traits of offending drivers within the city The statistical population of this research included all offending drivers identified by traffic police of Rasht city during the first six months of 1393. For this purpose, 50 of offending drivers, at least more than 10 violations were committed within the city during a year, in coordination with traffic police of this City were selected through available sampling procedure and were completed individually personality traits questionnaire NEO (240 questions long form)
