Abstract:
This study seeks to compare the discourse IRIB News Agency, BBC Persian and Al Arabiya Persian News sites on news coverage of Isis.For this purpose, the theories such as media representation Agenda setting, framing, image making and discourse theory is used.Methodology used in the study of discourse analysis approach using van Dijk's discourse. Texts studied this study, 6 news from IRIB News Agency, 8 news from the BBC Persian and 6 news from Al Arabiya Persian, in the period of three months after the capture of Mosul, Iraq, after an examination, purposive sampling selected and discourse was about. The findings show the sites mentioned in this context that the constituent elements of Isis who they are, what is the purpose of this group, supporters and what are the real enemies, what are the intentions of the countries that claim to fight against the Islamic State, are opposed to each otherAnd in that ISIS a violent, extremist Extremist and who do not fear to achieve their goal of any brutal action agreed. Each of these sites is based on the discourses made his image, have provided.
