Explaining the discourse of the provincial jurist in the housing administration of the Islamic revelution and providing housing for the deprived
One of the most important aspirations of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader is the realization of social justice, the reduction of class distances, the elimination of cruel discrimination, the support of the deprived and the oppressed, and the housing problem of the disadvantaged. The purpose of this research was to achieve the doctrine, goals and policies and to explain the discipline of the Velayat-e Faqih in managing the housing affairs of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation and the housing of the deprived. The findings of this study indicate that from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the jurisprudent without providing social justice and addressing the deprived and the poor in all aspects, including the basic solution to their housing problems, society cannot be called Islamic. This article seeks to help decision-makers, planners, policy-makers and targeting decision-makers and activists at all levels, by analyzing and explaining the discourse of the Faghih province in the administration of the Housing and Housing Foundation. This research has been developed in terms of purpose and applied and has used qualitative strategy; content analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and foundation data method have been used. MAXQDA software has been used as a research assistant in coding, categorization, relationship discovery and qualitative analysis. From the Imam's point of view, the most important thing in managing the housing and deprivation of housing is "addressing the deprived of the community, including the poor, the oppressed, the homeless, and providing affordable housing for the poor."
