The relationship between In-Service Training on Job Performance's Elementary School Teachers in Shahryar

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of short-term and long-term in-service training of primary school teachers' job performance has been the Shahryar city.

The population in this study consists of all the Shahryar elementary school teachers. This number includes 2,437 people. The sample also includes 372 teachers from the community of men and women.
