Comparative Study of Police Service Human Capital in Different Countries (Homogeneous and Heterogeneous) (Recruitment and Selection, Training, Evaluation and Organization, Maintenance and Retirement)

undoubtedly, the development and enrichment of resources and human resources in the country will efficiently progress when they use the knowledge of countries who have taken steps in this direction for years by relying on the rich Islamic culture of Iran. Therefore, this study comparatively studies the service process of police human capital in different countries (America, Britain, Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia) in the areas of recruitment and selection, training, evaluation and organization, retention and retirement to use the experiences of other countries. This study is applied in terms of level and comparative in terms of method. The statistical population of this study are polices around the world that three heterogeneous countries (America, France, Britain) as targeted and three relatively homogeneous countries (Turkey, Indonesia and Malaysia) were selected as sample. Desk studies (studying books and articles in various references and reviewing documents related to the topic) and interviews with experts who were introduced by research office for human resources have been used to collect information. Then using the developed model of countries, they were compared and analyzed. The findings show that in some ways, there are many differences between service process of Iranian police and these countries that we can use from experiences of these countries with more research.
