Organizational Factors Affecting the Incidence of Defiance towards Police in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province

this study is formed aiming to investigate and explain the factors affecting the incidence of defiance to police in Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari province. This study is ex post facto and inferential statistics is used for data analysis, including ANOVA test, Student's independent t-test and the average equality of samples. Instrument of the study is a researcher-made questionnaire with acceptable reliability and validity and in 3 cases, officers’ mission, corporate structure and equipment and organizational culture prevailing in the law enforcement organization, and it was distributed among 155 employees of the police commander of Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari who were randomly selected. The results suggest that the officers’ mission, organizational structure and equipment and organizational culture prevailing in the police organization are very effective in incidence of defiance to police officers of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.
