Estimates in transportation

Estimation is one of the most important issues in engineering. Estimation means predicting the cost of creating a process before it is formed. Although other important factors are influential in estimating, the dependence of all of them on cost can be calculated. (Factors such as the time required to perform the work, the required personnel, materials and equipment, and finally the methods of doing the work, all affect the correct estimate of the work. And quoting this rule is no exception. Massive freight and passenger transportation is not possible without an initial estimate of needs. Military organizations must also have the necessary infrastructure to carry out a transportation activity to move their units and equipment. In the present article, while introducing the necessary tools for correct estimation of transportation activities, the methods and steps of estimation are presented.
