Criminology in International Atmosphere and Analysis of Trans-National Criminal Organizations: A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach

Abstract:

Delinquencyand certain crimes across the globe have turned into an international issue. One of these crimes whose development has made the global atmosphere insecure is organized crimes which have turned into a serious problem in the recent century. The present research, with an applied glance at the issue of crime cases in the international atmosphere, analyzes trans-national criminal cases with a different glance and by using best expert views and studying theoretical principles and applying a combined approach from Chang and TODIM Phase Hierarchical Analysis, as well, the experts identify 15 criminal cases at first and then conduct giving weights and finally they prioritize the most important trans-national organizations such as Mafia, Triad, Yakouza, American Cartels and other dispersed groups. The present corruption in these organizations, weapons smuggling, selling and buying rare animals, drugs and rare toxic material have been considered as the most important criminal cases. Moreover, mafia organizations have been identified as the most criminal gangs.
