The effect of sleep on mental health from the perspective of verses and hadiths
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sleep on mental health based on hadith and compare it with psychology.
This research is a descriptive-analytical research that has investigated and analyzed various religious books and articles such as hadiths and Quran and psychology and analyzed the effect of sleep on mental and mental health.
Islamic texts say: Sleep affects human health and mental health; proper sleep can reduce sadness, sadness and anxiety, and inappropriate sleep can lead to memory loss and violence. Psychology is similar.
Islam is concerned with different aspects of health, especially human mental health. Islamic texts say that physical and mental health affect the ability to cope with problems, memory and even one's mood. Some of these factors, such as anxiety and grief directly, and others such as memory and mediation are mediated by sleep
