Test of the theoretical approach of mixed dynamics as an alternative approach in urban planning
The strategy used in urban planning has a direct impact on the efficiency of the project and achieving more goals, and if the insufficiency of urban programs is due to incorrect choice of approach in the decision-making stage, despite sufficient accuracy in the project implementation, it is necessary to change the approach to We need to be efficient. The low feasibility of urban programs based on comprehensive traditional approaches and the decision-makers' approach to the operational approach have gradually revealed the need to measure the theoretical perspectives of planning with the intention of addressing the shortcomings of these two approaches. Many experts believe that in the absence of any one-size-fits-all approach to planning alone, in the real world, more than just a combination of different ways of planning, elements of rational, incremental, and advocacy planning are used. A balanced mix between a shrewd and rationalist approach is the result of a mixture called mixed scrolling, which is essentially a compromise between the two previous approaches that combines elements of those two approaches to overlap. In this study, using the descriptive-analytical method and the purpose of revealing the need to review the previous approaches and also the response to the mixed dynamics approach as an alternative approach to urban development planning, the various dimensions of these approaches are described. Finally, examining the requirements and facilities for the correct implementation of the mixed scanning approach, indicates the appropriateness of this approach to replace and use in urban planning.
