Recognition of key Propellers in Ardebil city resistance

it is necessary to recognize indices in every concept and scientific theory. Along this subject, the aim of current research is recognition of key Propellers in Ardebil city resistance. Current research is applied according to aim and it is analytical-descriptive according to nature and methodology. Research statistical society include urban subjects’ experts in Ardebil city. Volume sample was obtained 100 persons by subjective sampling method. In order to data analysis; MICMAC software was used. Results showed that, income, origin bed, hazards reducing, damages intensity and institutes relations variables have the most highest ranking effectiveness respectively and also returning capability to proper job situations, mental-body position, material investment, saving and ability to damages compensate variables have the most highest ranks in general effectiveness respectively. Research 4 dimensions in effectiveness ranks include institutional, framework, social and economic dimensions and also effectiveness ranks relate to mentioned dimensions. Generally among 32 investigated variables in this research, 10 variables such as education level, hazards reducing, origin bed, income, hazards using, vital lines and infrastructures, institutional relations, damages intensity, efficiency and skill and also saving centers were selected as effective and key variables in urban or city resistance. Every planning for Ardebil city resistance must has main role for mentioned factors. Mentioned variables have high dominance power in Ardebil city resistance increasing and their correlation is low and also they are first priority in Ardebil city resistance.
